About This Vision Board Quiz
This quiz is designed around four variables that neuroscience research consistently identifies as determining whether a vision board produces behavioral change:
- Specificity: Vague goals ("financial freedom") give the brain's RAS no actionable filter. Specific goals ("$15,000 saved by December 2026") do.
- Engagement quality: Passive viewing produces minimal neural effect. Emotionally activated daily practice does. (Frontiers in Psychology, 2019)
- Identity content: Boards focused only on outcomes produce less durable behavioral change than boards including who you're becoming. (BMC Psychology, 2015)
- Practice consistency: Neuroplasticity is built through repetition over time, not the intensity of a single session.
A vision board quiz score is not a judgment on your desires or your potential. It is a diagnostic on the method — specifically, which mechanics are in place and which are missing.
